What to do if I receive a fake DMCA notice?

Hello, 

recently a competitor filed a DMCA notice against my store and after reviewing it I saw a lot of details that are not a copyright violation. I immediately filed a counter DMCA notice however my store products cannot be published until 2 weeks have passed. What should I do if he files another fake DMCA after I launch the products after 2 weeks? I know that this is deemed as perjury and an act of Harassment and Sabotage.
