I made 2 different orders from loris fash on July 30th 2022 and have not received my packages and now when I email them I get no response and I went to go on the website today and it says it can't be found now, what do I do?

With regards to your inquiry, when was the last time you heard from the store? With such matters, we always recommend you give them some time to respond to your message however, we'll get more context once you respond back.

If more than enough time has passed, you can reach out to our credit card company or banking partner to inform them of this failed transaction in order to get your money back.

Are you able to share more on the communication between yourself and the store? What exactly are they saying about your orders?
Moreover, given that it has been over two weeks from their response, you can also start the communication between your credit card company about these orders. They will be able to assist in retrieving your funds, if need be.
