When duplicating collection template, menu problem

I have duplicated my collection template, with the intention of creating 2 pages with different menus in the sidebar.
When i add the correct menu to the sidebar and save it, it changes the other templates as well.

I have changed the default layout to "no sidebar", and left the 2 templates i need with menus as "with sidebar".

Any ideas why they would not be saving with different menus?

Hi @Scoopmc,

Are you using OS 2.0? With theme using OS 1.0, you need to duplicate more section files for it.
