When item is removed from shopping cart, the title of shopping cart changes

Hi, we have a problem when it comes to the shopping cart changing name when an item is removed from the cart. 

Usually, the shopping cart says "Handlekurv" (or "Din handlekurv") and that is the correct term we want to use, but when an item is removed from the cart, it changes to say "Bag" (or "Din bag"). Does anyone know why it changes and how to fix it? As said, we would like for the shopping cart to be named "Handlekurv" and "Din handlekurv" always.

As well, the shopping cart tab name is "Din bag", we would like for this to be "QOMO – Din handlekurv". I can't find where we could change the tab name for the shopping cart. It would be of much help if someone could look into this as well.

Can I ask how are you changing the term to "Din handlekurv" in the first place?

We looked through the liquid code and found the text that said "Din bag" and changed it to say "Din handlekurv".
