When will the month-end inventory reports be fixed?

When can we expect the month-end inventory reports to be corrected?      This is over two weeks now with no response or correction.  

Tried to find customer support, and was simply sent into an endless circle of nothing.     

How do we reach tech support?     Where is my month-end inventory value?

Did you ever get an answer. I'm trying to get my July 2023 Month End Inventory Value Report and it says 'No Data"    Very Frustrating
