I connected my Godaddy domain name to my Shopify store last week. I just realized that I haven’t gotten a single email since. I currently have an email account that connects with GoDaddy/ Microsoft Outlook. I did a test email & did not get it in Outlook. How do I get my emails? Where did they go?

Hey @Nsartfl,
Welcome to the Shopify Community!
It seems like your email issue might be related to the MX (Mail Exchanger) records of your domain. When you connected your GoDaddy domain to Shopify, the DNS (Domain Name System) settings were likely changed. If the MX records were not properly set, this would affect your email delivery.
Follow the steps below to check and correct your MX records on GoDaddy:
Log into your GoDaddy account.
Access the DNS Management page.
Check your MX records.
Correct your MX records.
If you're using Microsoft Outlook with GoDaddy, your MX record should point to GoDaddy's mail server. The details should look something like what's listed here.
Save your changes.
Please note that changes to DNS settings can take up to 48 hours to propagate (for the change to take effect) throughout the internet, although it usually happens much faster.
If you're still having issues after following these steps, I would recommend getting in touch with GoDaddy's support team for further assistance.
