Welcome to the Shopify Community! I can see this is your first post here - are you also new to Shopify in general?

I wanted to let you know that you can actually purchase domains directly on Shopify! Domains that are purchased through Shopify are registered for one year of use, and they need to be renewed annually. 

To check the price and availability of domains on Shopify, I would highly recommend using Shopify's domain name generator tool here. Here's an example of what the search results look like for the 'thisisanexamplestore.com' domain name:

As you can see, the exact price of domains that are bought through Shopify depends on which top-level domain extension you choose. So in the example above .com is $14 per year, however .net is a bit more expensive at $17 per year.

There are some considerations to understand before you decide to purchase a domain on Shopify. Please take a look at this resource here which outlines everything you need to know. Of course, there are plenty of other third-party domain providers that you can choose from such as GoDaddy which is a popular choice. If you decide to go that route, then you can connect the domain to your Shopify store.
