Is there any really help here. Where is support? I pay my money every month and all I get is the run around. I don’t want to ask the community. I need help!!!

In my experience yes even chat support is a dice roll that can have drastically different outcomes based on when you contact them or who you get and the complication/severity of the issue.
The community forums are more user to user centric especially in off-hours.
Expecting responses form shopify staff for the majority of posts is a dice roll.
Being very specific in post titles and giving better problem descriptions increases the chances of not being just more noise for someone responding on the forums IF they happen to be using them and happen to see the post.

Microsoft says they can't publish my website because of the website its self
@MrGibsonSr I would very much like to help you, so I will need plenty more context about what's going on. Shopify is the online platform upon which you are building your business, so I'm not sure how Microsoft is preventing you from publishing your website or why.
The more information you can provide me here, the better I can understand the situation to guide you further. This could include a link to your store, screenshots of any relevant messages or communication, and of course a full explanation of what has been going on.
