Where is simple theme?

It would be perfect for my project, but where is it?

@dhaensel looks like the Simple Theme is no longer supported by Shopify.

I also believe that it is incompatible with Shopify OS 2.0. 

All the examples (Themes) listed in the article are actually outdated…
