Where do find the Permalink / URL Slug on Blog Page?

I recently completed a blog post and I duly completed the SEO title, Meta description and URL handle on the page, observing  best practice of keyword/s placement. It was recommended to me was that the keywords should also be placed in the Permalink and URL Slog. Forgive my ignorance, but I don't know where I can locate them. I was advised they should be in the same area as the SEO Title and Meta, but I see nothing.

Secondly, now that the blog post is launched, should I also be submitting a new sitemap to Google, or not necessary?

This is an accepted solution.

Yes, that is where you would have added or edited them. They also all get generated automatically when you first create and write the blog post.

I hope I'm understanding your question correctly. When you edit the blog post in Shopify, you can find and edit the SEO title, meta, and the permalink underneath the blog content by clicking "Edit website SEO":

The permalink is the combination of your blog's URL and the slug for the blog post.

On the website, the SEO title and meta are not visible, but you can see them when you inspect the code (right click + "View Page Source" or similar, depending on your browser and operating system).
Look for tags like <title></title> for the title and <meta name="description" ... > for the SEO description, for example

<meta name="description" content="In our Guide to Weightlifting Belts, we cover everything you need to know about choosing the right lifting belt for your needs. We also answer questions like, Are lifting belts necessary? When should I wear a weightlifting belt? And which weightlifting belt you should get.">
