Where do we add the HTML Link for google verification for google search console

Can't find the <head> section to insert the HTML Link so we get verification from google for the google seach console

It's in the theme.liquid file 99% of the time. If not, there might be a snippet in theme.liquid in which they reference the <head> tag, but I doubt it.
