Where exactly theme-editor.js file is being added through the Dawn Theme?

We're having difficulty pinpointing the exact location where the theme-editor.js file is being invoked in the Dawn Theme files. While the file exists in the assets folder and the script runs successfully in design mode, we're uncertain about its initial file loading within the theme files.
