Where to find the SMTP Server information to set up Gmail "Send mail as".

I'm wanting to add my Shopify email to Gmail as a "Send mail as", but I'm not sure where to find the SMTP Server address.

Thank you for the detailed reply, unfortunately there is no Email Configuration settings under Store Details. It only shows Profile Info, Store Currency, Time Zone and Units of Measurement, and Order ID.
