Where to insert Meta Pixel Code on the Thank You page?

I need the Meta Pixel code inserted at the "Thank you for your purchase page" at the end of the header. I tried a few options in the thread but couldn't find where to put it. I would appreciate it if anyone could help. Thank you!

What thread?

When dealing with technical issues and some other page/post/url is referenced link to it.

This can drastically increase chances someone gets the proper context and could understand it enough for a solution.
