Where to set up Microsoft Ads dynamic remarketing tag correctly?

I'm trying to set up Microsoft Ads dynamic retarging, using this manual: https://help.ads.microsoft.com/#apex/ads/en/56901/-1


In my theme I both have templates>cart.liquid and sections>cart-template.liquid.

According to the Microsoft and Shopify manuals, I need to install the code in template>cart.liquid.

I have done so:

However, I'm not sure that this is working correctly. I tried UET tag helper, and it just says that there is a tag and that it is set up correctly. However, I don't see the required information back in my Microsoft Ads console.

Now I'm wondering if I need to set it up in sections>cart-template.liquid instead.

If yes, do I need need to do the same with the rest of the dynamic market tags?
