White bar covering my banners on dawn theme

White bar covering bannerHow do i remove this white bar covering my banners on pages?

i have attached photo of what is showing when i click on About, FAQ,s and Learn pages

 Thank you…This worked on two of the banners that were covered with white box.. but not on the last page. The checkbox was already off. I attempted to check it then off again and it’s still there.
