White box blocking view to webshop (only on iPhone & safari browser

Hi, unfortunately, since today we have an issue with a white box blocking the web shop (please see video).

It is like an overlay, you can still scroll and can see the site underneath moving. On some iPhones, it disappears for after 10 seconds, but it is heavily blocking conversion as most of our customers are looking at the website from iPhones with safari.
