Can you provide us with more details as to what you're attempting to do? Are you perhaps looking to open a new Shopify store, but are running into the error shown on your screenshot? What troubleshooting have you done so far?

 

We haven't received other reports on our end about this issue, so let's continue to troubleshoot this locally on your end so that we can rule out any potential browser or device caching issues. Can you try the following for me please?

 

 

  • Try to open up your store via an incognito window
  • Or, you can use your usual browser but to clear the browser's cookies and cache before trying to open the store again
  • You can also try another browser. For example, if you're using Safari, you can try using Chrome or Firefox
  • You can also try to use another device, such as a different laptop or computer, or even a tablet or mobile device

I tried to create my first store, I tried it in Chrome and edge browsers, I tried using incognito and clearing cookies and cache, I tried it on a mobile device but nothing helps, I can’t create a store and start working for 3 days, but there’s really no support on the site, there where there should be contacts, there are just answers to questions, without the ability to contact

That's interesting that you've tried the troubleshooting steps I listed but without any success. There could be a deeper issue as to why you're unable to create a store, so I'll also leave the below steps for you to go through on your end to further troubleshoot:

 

  • For the browsers available on your computer, have you ensured that they're all up to date and on the latest version? Updating to the latest version tend to eliminate errors with an outdated browser, so if you haven't already done so you can update your browsers and try to login to your account again on the newly updated browsers.
  • Ensure your browsers' cookie preferences are not set to 'Block all cookies'. If all cookies are blocked, this may impact on any added functionalities of Shopify.
  • When using incognito, you can ensure to disable any of your browser extensions as these can change how the pages look and perform.
  • Ensure that there are no popups being blocked in your respective browsers. This will eliminate any potentially missed popups, such as a new tab requiring to be opened for a specific functionality.
  • Make sure that you don't have any firewalls or VPNs enabled on your device or network that may be blocking Shopify. To ensure that Shopify isn't blocked, you can either use a different location for your VPN, or turn it off entirely to see if that'll help.
  • Try another internet connection, for example you can try switching to a cellular network on a phone rather than Wi-Fi for the time being. This might eliminate a weak internet connection or ISP issues that may be providing errors.
