 Hello there

 

Was testing my shop by attempting to purchase an item and unfortunately, I got this message. 
I am clueless, and where to fix it, honestly would appreciate some assistance:

Hi, @Xfra. I'm happy to look into this with you! I just have a few questions to make sure I'm giving you accurate advice.

  • Which plan is your store currently on? If you're unsure you can double check by going to Settings > Plan in your Shopify admin.
  • Which payment provider or payment gateway are you testing?
  • Are you testing payments in test mode of your payment gateway or payment provider? Or are you attempting this with a real payment?

Once I have more information I can share more advice on why you're seeing this. If you'd like to place a test order in the meantime you can do so by following the steps in this guide.
