Hi! My store is currently inactive, but I'm looking to activate it again. When I get to the point where I can choose my store, I end up getting a 500 error after clicking my store. I tried clearing my cache & cookies. Stil

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

 

We did experience an issue with the Plan settings in some merchant accounts, which may also be affecting store reactivations as it involves the same settings. However, we can confirm that our developers have resolved the issue now. Can you check whether this issue has been resolved on your end?

 

I'd also love to hear more about your business and share some resources to help you get started. What kinds of products are you looking to sell? Do you have a marketing plan prepared for your store?
