Why am I getting error code 403 on my paid POS service?

I pay for a service that doesn't give me access to 90% of the apps. When I try Shopify POS it says error code 403 or "you don't have permission". Please explain how I have access to virtually nothing and I have the paid version. It's been like this for days so no signing out doesn't fix this. I need answers I can hardly do anything with my shop.
