I am getting the below error when printing shipping labels. This occurs if I print the label and packing slip together or if I print just the shipping label by clicking that. The only way I can print the label is to exit the order, go back into the order, and press, "Reprint label."
This happens regardless of browser, but just for good measure I signed out of all accounts, deleted all cookies, and deleted all cache.
I made no changes between when it worked and when it stopped working. This never happens when printing just the packing slip, regardless of how I chose to print that.
I am having the same problem.
Did you get this fixed? So far tech support has been awful.

I had this problem and fixed it by logging out of Shopify completely and logging back in. You might try using a different browser or incognito/private mode on your browser if that doesn't work.
