Why am I having an error creating my Balance Account on a new platform?

Hi, I'm new to shopify.  Trying to set up the Shopify Balance Account.  I keep getting this error message saying the invormation I've verified doesn't match the same exact information I submitted when I created my Shopify account.


Having said that, I've been trying to get this resolved for 6 days and I'm going in circles with Help and the Support Advisors.  I have an open ticket and NO ONE has reached out to me.


I'm trying to open a shopify balance account. but it keeps saying my information is wrong. It's the same information I submitted when I opened my Shopify account.


One Support Advisor told me to clear cookies, blah blah, another told me to try incognito mode, blah blah.  I've tried each and every thing they have suggested and Help has suggested and I can't open a Shopify Balance Account.


Can someone help me since obviously Shopify doesn't care about new customers that are having issues ?

I’ve been trying to set up my Shopify balance and keep getting a 404 error…

If you meet the requirements and are following the steps to set up Shopify Balance explained in this guide you shouldn't be seeing any errors. If you are still seeing errors while trying to set this up, please reach out to our support team through the Help Center.
