Why am I not receiving 2-step verification SMS anymore?

Last year i enable 2 step verification and sms was coming for login , now for last 2 - 3 login i cant receive sms from shopify ,  now i am using shopify backup codes to log in.

what should i do?

what is correct way to write sms number

+923321328264 - from this number used to receive sms , but not its stopped

or its

+9203321328264
