Why am I not receiving a webhook when a return is closed?

Hi,

I met the problem while working with order webhooks.

When I update/fulfil/refund/open return(status return in progress) on an order I receive a webhook with updated data on my server.

However, when I "close return", so the status becomes "Returned" I receive no webhook at all.

Is it intended behaiviour and what can I do about it?
