I cant log in to my shopify account because i am not receiving my authetincation code on my phone. It has worked in the past but now its not working. My email is kruizguerrero0115@gmail.com

I can see that you are having some difficulty with trying to access your Shopify account, as you are not receiving the two-factor authentication codes via SMS. I'd be happy to provide info on the next steps you can take.
Have you confirmed that the mobile device itself is working normally, has adequate mobile network signal, and can send/receive SMS messages as normal? Make sure that the phone number registered on your account is the same one that you are checking - it should show the last few digits when the code is sent.
If you have access to any of the two-factor authentication recovery codes on your account, then you can enter one of those instead of using mobile authentication, and it will allow you to access your account. If you didn't save these previously however, then you will not be able to access them now without logging in. Something else to note is you may have added a backup authentication method. If so, you should be able to choose between them during the login process.

I have the same issue. However, I am trying to access my partners account since I am trying to learn again how to build custom shopify theme. The SMS Delivery feature for two steps auth is actually not working. I have other partnered account on a different email address and tested the sms and yes it is really not working. I can say that this might be a bug on Shopify's end.
I have the same issue. My phone number matches exactly, but I’m just not receiving the code, even though this has never been a problem before; I used to receive the code without any issues. Fortunately, I’m still logged into Shopify on my phone, otherwise, I wouldn’t even be able to view or process my orders. I’m trying to contact the support team directly, but that’s only possible if I can log in – which I can't. I’m now in an impossible situation and could really use some help.
