I am suddenly not receiving notifications in email when I have a new order.  I didnt change anything recently, it just stopped. I looked in the community forum and I see that this has been an ongoing issue since 2020! Any advice on how to fix this?? Also, I will get a quick "popup" on my phone, but it quickly disappears. I have re-added myself as a contact, tried the test, but did not receive...

If your Shopify order notification is not working, there are a few things you can check to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Check your notification settings: Go to "Settings" > "Notifications" in your Shopify admin and make sure that you have enabled the appropriate notification options for your store. You can also check the email address that is set up to receive notifications and make sure it is correct.

  4. Check your email service provider: If you are using a custom email address, make sure to check with your email service provider to see if there are any issues with the email delivery.

  5. Check your email client: If you are using an email client, such as Outlook or Gmail, make sure to check the settings to ensure that the notifications are not being filtered or blocked.
