Why am I not receiving payments from my online store orders?

I have set up my store and published it online, i have gotten orders but the payments are not coming through to my bank card, it says payment status = paid, so why am i not receiving that money?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some assistance with locating your payouts, to ensure this gets resolved.

 

How you receive your payouts will depend on the payment gateway being used. If you're using Shopify Payments, then payouts will be released and viewable through the Payouts section of the Shopify admin. Alternatively, third-party payment gateways like PayPal, will not be visible within the Shopify admin and would be paid out by the payment provider directly. To learn more about this, you can check out our Getting Paid document, as it touches on this further. 

 

If you're using Shopify Payments, I'd encourage to connect with us directlyThis will allow our support team to take a closer look, as we wouldn't have access to any account details through the Community. They will be able to review the payout in question and share a bit more information on when it's expected to be deposited.

  • Head over to our Help Center.

  • Enter into the chat box Contact Support.

  • Log into your shop.

  • Select one of the available support options.
