Why am I not receiving product export emails from my store?

Trying to export our Products to a CSV file.

I select "Export", then "all products", then either of the "export as" options. 

It says it will send to my email but nothing ever shows up.

 

Anyone else have this issue? What's the fix?

Hi

Try a small amount of products that will trigger the email rather than all to see if you receive it. Obviously check spam folder as well.

Potentially something in your descriptions or titles could break the csv generation so try downloading a handful through browser as it won't trigger the email method.

 

If that fails probably one for Shopify support as no logs to check yourself.
