Why am I not receiving tracking numbers for fulfilled orders?

- I purchased from my own store to check shipping. Order was fulfilled by supplier but didn’t receive tracking #.
- my first cx ordered and same problem 

- I created a third order, went through the suppliers website, paid, got a confirmation and tracking number 


so my store can take orders, process payments, send fulfillment requests to supplier, but when they fulfill them I don’t get a real tracker # compatible with UPS ( my carrier of choice )

A problem I don’t have if I buy through the supplier ( AliExpress ) themselves

Since the supplier (or app if you're using one) generates the tracking number, you'd want to contact them to sort out the format you want or why they aren't including tracking.
