Why am I receiving a domain error message on my ecommerce site?

My shop was running enough for at least a years time to make 5 sales and then I was given a domain error message saying that my subdomain was having problems redirecting to my.shopify domain. 


I'm unable to find any understandable information to help rectify the issue. I removed my subdomain. I uninstalled Facebook/Instagram sales channel since that was also an issue that needed attention. I attempted to use the website URL to access it from Google Chrome and the page can't be found or redirected.


How can I resolve this issue? Why did it even begin if the link to my website had been working through Facebook and regular Google search engine or link that I provided to the website? I want to understand how it became an issue and how to fix it.
