Hey, I have about 80 products that say they are active on my website but are not showing up anywhere, not in my collections or the main catalog, when I click on the catalog it says "No products found
Use fewer filters or remove all" Im not sure what to do at the moment
Hi, @Pawsinc!
Thanks for reaching out in our Community forums and sharing your concern. I’m happy to help out.
I understand that you are having issues displaying some products on your actual storefront. My first suggestion would be to double check that each of those products are available on your site. You can check out our guide on how to do this here. If you are still having issues, then this is likely to do with how your collections and navigation is set up.
The most common reason for this issue is that the collection page is pre-filtered through the navigation menu options. In this case, the Filter collection with tags (optional)
section should be left blank so that the filtering is disabled. isn't working quite as expected so it's better to leave it empty. Feel free to follow our guides on how to add these products to a collection and how to link them to your navigation menu so that you can sort and display your products.
I’d love to provide you with some feedback on your newly developed store. Feel free to share your URL if you’d like! In the meantime, you can check out our Shopify Store Launch Checklist as this provides a methodical approach to ensure that everything in your store is optimized for conversion.

Hey, Mac
I actually fixed it by deleting all my products then going to DSers and the re uploading the products, the problem was that I didn't check the "publish to online store" option when pushing my products to shopify, Thank you for your reply though! The website URL is pawsinc.ca It is not completely finished but this is around how it should look when complete.
Hi again, @Pawsinc!
Thank you for providing an update and I'm happy to hear that you were able to fix this issue.
I reviewed your store and must say, you did a great job! Here are a few areas that you can look to improve:
The first thing I noticed, was the very brief menu bar on your homepage. You need to make sure that the navigational flow is clear on your homepage, so visitors can quickly choose the best path for themselves. This involves very specifically selecting your home navigation. You can go many different directions with this, so feel free to explore. My suggestion would be to include the sections from your collections to the main menu instead of catalog. An example of this would be: Home, Dogs, Cats, Birds, Reptiles, etc. I would then include a FAQ section that goes over all of your policies.
In order to motivate your potential customers to make a purchase, I’d recommend introducing a discount or promotion for your products. This can be done in a variety of ways including, offering free shipping, a percentage discount, buy one get one half, etc. You can also advertise this by adding an announcement banner to your homepage. This would allow you to showcase the promotion and in term, help convert the sale
You will also want to ensure that all of your images are high quality and you do not have any typos in your store, as this can make it seem unprofessional. For instance, Instagram is spelled incorrectly on your footer. In terms of your images, feel free to check out our guide on Adding Free Stock Photos to browse high quality images that you may use!
I'd also like to know more about your business! How is your current marketing strategy going with bringing customers to your product pages?
