Why are all my footer links redirecting to the FAQ page?

My header links work the way they should, but my footer links are ALL going to the FAQ page. No matter which footer link I click on, they all go to the same FAQ page. This happened after I installed the GDPR Compliance App. I deleted the app, and all my footer links are directing to the same page even though the URLs are different. I did not forward any links. What could be the issue?

Are they showing the correct link in the navigation settings still?
