Why are blog articles appearing in my mobile search results?

I'm suddenly seeing blog articles showing up on my shopify website. Whenever a user searches for "sleep" or any other product category, blogs are showing up on the search result page. I don't want the blogs to show up on search results.  I'm using the debut theme and it looks like this is only happening on mobile and not on desktop. here's my store link: https://setu.in/
