Why are custom filters repeating on my homepage?

Hi Guys,

I created custom Filters using Metafields.

On Homepage the filters are not displayed properly. Options under the same Filter is repeating for some products.I am in a fix what to do. I'm working currently on Impulse and I do not have any contact id of theme developer, Archetype.

In the attached excel you will find that Single has appeared Twice, Minor Oil has appeared Twice and so on.

Can someone fix it up?
