International customers (particularly from Canada) get 404 messages for certain direct links to my website.
This doesn't happen for US customers.
For reference, these are some of the product links that are showing up with 404 error messages.
If international customers, particularly those from Canada, are experiencing 404 errors when accessing certain direct links to your website, there could be a few potential reasons for this issue. Here are some possible causes and steps to address them:
Check your website's URL structure: Ensure that the URLs for the specific product pages mentioned are correctly formatted and match the structure of your website. Make sure there are no typos or missing elements in the URLs.
Verify product availability for international customers: Confirm that the products mentioned in the links are available for purchase and shipping to international customers, including Canada. If certain products are restricted for international shipping, customers may encounter errors when trying to access them.
Review any geolocation or country-based restrictions: Check if your website has any geolocation or country-based restrictions in place that could be blocking access to certain pages for customers outside of the United States. These restrictions may be implemented through apps, plugins, or custom code. Adjust the settings accordingly to allow international customers to access the pages.
