Why are inventory reports not functioning properly?

Still waiting on inventory reports.  Also not happy with the change in how to find necessary reports.

When will this be resolved.  I'd like to request a credit for the month of July for the additional fees I pay to have the ability to run reports, which is obviously not working.

Please provide an update.

My reports show no data.  This is crazy how bad this system is.
