Why are my high-res images blurry on the Dawn theme home page?

I have tried and no luck,

I have dawn 9.0 and my product images are high res and work fine on the products pages but for what ever reason they are blurry on the home screen under my featured collection. When I click on the product it takes me to the shopping page and the images are perfect.

The mobile app is fine and has high res photos all through out just not on the home screen on desktop.

I have been given a link to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K47sOuDZB5M but this seems old as it says click dawn then select craft. There is no option. The shopify support live chat have just kept telling me to go back to the youtube link.... Am I missing something

Hi @Bean1, did you try to change setting of Image ratio in store admin > Sale channels > Online store > Themes > Customize > click dropdown menu at the top > Collections > Default collection > Product grid > Image ratio
