Why are my Modalyst orders not syncing due to missing shipping method?

Hi!

my orders are not sending with modalyst! 
when I look at the orders on modalyst it says “items in this order are missing a shipping method, once a shipping method is selected the order can be synced” 

 

I don’t know how to fix this, I have now added shipping rates but modalyst still says the same. Please help me

I suppose the shipping rates are not the same as the shipping method. Have a look at the modalyst support page:

This is Jill, Co-Founder of Modalyst. The shipping method is the method which an AliExpress order is shipped. You must select a shipping method for us to sync with AliExpress so they know how you want to send the package. Once you set the shipping method, you will be able to finish ordering the item for your customer.

 

This is not the same as setting shipping rates in Shopify. The shipping rates in Shopify are what you charge your customers for shipping. This is a setting in your store for orders between your store and customer. Your store settings do not impact shipping in Modalyst.

I just installed Modalyst today. If this the correct flow or am I missing something or another app ? Shopify (my store) > Aliexpress Supplier > Modalyst (Catalog/Inventory,warehousing/fulfillment & shipping.  what am I missing?  Also, if I want to integrate it with Shopify and tiktok, is the a best practice?
