Hi,
I'm having 2 products under the Shop tab. The photos are supposed to be the same size, but after I uploaded them they became different. I did change the height of both photos to be the same but the photo sizes are still different. Any idea how I can fix that?

Thanks for your help in advance!

Hi @Tiff2,
I checked and your 2 images are not the same size so it gives this error.
- With Light Dusty Green: it is vertical rectangle, size is 2981x4472px
- With Navy: it is square with size 4472x4472px
you just need to edit the image, it will display fine
Hi @Tiff2,
I checked and the 2 images are the same size. Did you solve it?
Hi @LitExtension, thanks for looking into this. When you look at that on laptop, they look fine. But if you look at them on ipad and iphone, then you can see the differences in sizes.

@LitExtension thanks! I did that but the only problem is when I do that, I need to unlock the fixed ratio, which has made the dress look very long. Without removing the fixed ratio, the system don't allow me to change it to rectangular. This is very strange as I thought the original photo sizes were the same.
@LitExtension you know what, I checked the details of the original files and they do have the same size. I ended up decided to delete the existing photo and re-upload the same photo, and the problem's solved. I have no idea what the problem was with the first upload (if you have any idea please advise so I can avoid next time) but thanks for looking into this for me last two days. It's solved for now.
