I have shopify payments selected. It says my guys have paid, but yet it's showing no transactions have been made and I have no payments or anything can I talk to someone on the phone?

I appreciate that context that you have provided us as that is very helpful. Do you see that you have received orders within your Shopify admin when you navigate to the Orders section, by any chance?
If you have enabled the Shopify Payments gateway and have received orders, we will need to take a further look into the setup of your online store. Due to the sensitive information that would need to be shared, I cannot authenticate you for the store using the Community forums. In this case, it would be best to reach out to our live support by attempting to login to your online store using the Contact Us page. This will allow us to verify you as the store owner.
Once you successfully login, or select the option to Continue without logging in - you will be directed to the Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the options to Get Support and speak directly with a Support Advisor about the situation.
