Why are my themes not showing up in my online store?

I recently started shopify with the basic plan, but now for some reason when i went to online store to start my customization I'm having a blank screen. I tested my internet connection, its going pretty well but however its the same result. I've provided a screenshot so you guys can assist me out by understanding more about the situation.

Please try to access the Themes page after performing each one to see if any of these resolve the problem.

 

  • Clear the cookies and cache of your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
  • Try a different web browser, as well as an incognito window or private browsing window to rule out any browser issues.
    If you are still experiencing the error using incognito, confirm you have disabled browser extensions as these can change how the pages look.
  • Ensure the web browser is up to date on the latest version.
  • Try another device, such as another computer or mobile phone.
  • Try another internet connection (switching to a cellular network on a phone rather than wifi, for example).
  • Try the Shopify Mobile app
  • Ensure you do not have any firewalls or pop up blockers enabled on your device as these can interfere.

  1. Clear browser cache and cookies
  2. Try to access your Shopify admin on a different web browser, or use the incognito/private mode of your current browser. This can help determine if the issue is browser-specific
  3. Disable browser extensions, particularly ad blockers or security extensions, to see if that resolves the issue. Extensions can sometimes interfere with the loading of certain sites.

     

  4. Visit https://status.shopify.com to check if there are any ongoing issues or maintenance activities that might be affecting your access.
  5. If possible, try accessing your Shopify admin panel from a different device to rule out any device-specific issues.

     

  6. Although you've mentioned your internet connection is fine, it might still be worthwhile to try a different network (like switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data or vice versa) to see if it makes a difference.
