Why are only specific product variants showing at checkout?

 Hello , i published my store yesterday and received like 3 orders so far, but all are from the same size (Small) which is my first size option and the print size is (A4) , no matter what variants my customers select at product page , the above mentioned variants are the only ones that reach the checkout page..the tshirt color variant is working properly..its just the other variants thats not working properly..please help asap..

btw most probably this issue is related to JS conflict.
