Why are theme kit commands not working anymore?

Hi,

I’m facing an issue with theme commands. None of theme seem working anymore. So far theme watch (with or without flag) was properly uploading files. Issue started with a fail upload/non stop processing message on an svg upload to the assets folder. Since, nothing happens (no error) in the terminal, just a blank line. I’ve try to restart everything I can, uninstall and install theme kit. Still the same no commands seem working. Anyone faced the same issue?
