Why are there 404 errors in Google Search Console for CDN files?

Hi,

We're noticing 404 errors in Google Search Console, such as:

https://www.[site].co.uk/cdn/shop/files/?21561 

https://www.[site].co.uk/cdn/shop/files/?21649  

I'm wondering if these are generated by Shopify, or an app?

Also, is there any way to avoid it? After the WPM issue we don't want to take any chances.

No, unfortunately we still have it happening. We redirect to the homepage

I think I did ask support and they couldn't work out which products the CDN files were linked to. So not very helpful really.
