Why aren't my custom theme templates showing up in the dropdown?

I'm trying to create a custom template that I can put my FAQ section on through the website builder, but I cannot assign the template to the page I created in the dropdown. As you can see it says faq but that's not the template, its called faq-page (Its in the second picture)

Same here. But my case seems worst than you as I can only select the default page without seeing other theme template Ive already create. Hope someone will be able to help.

I heard back from Shopify support and they said that only the templates for the live theme show up so if you’re working with a draft and you publish it for a few minutes, you should be able to see the templates you created. I hope this works for you!
