Why aren't my Langify collection page products translating correctly?

Good evening, 

maybe someone has experienced the same issue. 
With langify, happily enabled on several our stores, and with 2 on 5 active lang, we have no problem at all to translate the whole website, tag, pages, and so on. 
product are translated correctly and inside product page all is fine. 
but if i go on collection page, products are not translated. Just the product name in that view. (the collection)
Grid view in home page is fine as well. 
Search results page are NOT translate too. 

IMPORTANT INFO: this language (france) is not published yet.

Hi @ftanganelli,

My guess is that you're using a filter app for your collections which may either be out of sync or not be compatible with Langify.

 

For example, if you're using the Boost AI Search & Filter app then resyncing your language data inside their app might fix this issue:
