Why aren't my new products showing in the updated collection?

We are trying to update a collection in preparation for a sale. However, when we add new products, it does not update on the front end of the site.

@amberksparks , Does it shows any issue? Does the product add properly to the selected collection?

 

Are there any other products are there in those collections?

  1. Collection Conditions: Ensure that the new products you added meet the conditions or rules set for the collection. Collections can have conditions based on product tags, titles, types, etc. If the new products don't meet the conditions, they won't appear in the collection. Review the conditions for the collection and adjust them if needed.

  2. Theme Customization: If you've made customizations to your theme, it's possible that the code or settings are affecting the display of the new products. Review any custom code or theme settings related to collections and ensure they are not interfering with the display.

experiencing this same issue. I have noticed that sometimes automated collections take some time to update on the frontend but now it is just not updating.

Seeing the same thing currently, I'm thinking there may be a bug/issue.

Yes, seems to be a bug. In my particular case the Collection condition was a product tag and I wanted to remove the product from the collection. I was able to fix it by adding the tag again, saving the product and then removing the tag again.
