Why aren't my product filters working on Dawn theme 13.0.1?

Hello,

 

Just saw today that filters doesn't work anymore (they worked properly before).

I have Dawn theme 13.0.1 .

So, the filters see the products, but when i press on the filter to show me only those products, i get no products available.

I use "Search and DIscovery" for filters.

 

What could be the problem?

We'd be glad to help you figure this out today. Since this app worked with your theme as expected for some time, I suspect there may be another reason that the filters have stopped working. I'd be curious to learn more about what changes were made in this time frame such as:

 

  • installing another app
  • injecting custom code
  • switching to a different theme

Hello,

 

The issue was solved by Shopify Support Team. I don't know exactly what the problem was, but it's been something internal, not caused by any changes.
