Why aren't my product images loading on mobile with Streamline theme?

I'm having an issue with Streamline theme where product images are not loading on mobile. The slider dots show up, but no images load. A couple screenshots attached. Any thoughts? @Archetype @paul_archetype

Did you solve the problem? I'm currently experiencing the same error on a website with the Streamline theme with version 4.1.0 (which unfortunately I can't update to the latest version just like that).
